Defective or Incorrect Products

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products. Please contact us before mailing the original product back so that we can provide exchange instructions.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
Return Method and Cost
Returns must be sent by mail.
A prepaid return shipping label is included at no cost to the customer. Please follow the instructions provided with your return label and mail the package through the specified carrier.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Please do not return a product without following the provided return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
